https://lavozdelascostureras.com/c2ybz9bife4 Day 9, I’m going on a Juice Fast. Because I’m sick of looking like this and feeling sick all the time. I want to look like I did before kids. I need to be healthy and alive for these guys. Day, 1 finger down, 9, and I got so much stuff done yesterday. Although I have to admit I’m really sensitive to other people’s moods and everyone else was whiny and whatever and irritable. So I just kind of lost it at a certain point but I started out really positive.

watch Anyway, so I started out positive again today. Hopefully no one brings me down. My 8 year old is definitely trying to get it she’s like look mommy’s trying to be nice she’s telling the 6 year old so hopefully they listen to that. Just wanted to update I’m still nursing my 1 and a half year old. I’m trying to go to 2 years, I’ve never done that before.

And that’s all I went with the girls but not only has it not decreased it’s like the baby he just wants to nurse longer. I think it tastes better he’s just like whooo. He just wants more, sorry TMI, for probably a lot of people, but if you’re a mommy who’s nursing and you’re concerned about it you know it’s ok to take care of yourself. Just make sure you’re getting enough juice for you and the baby. Just like you would eat enough for you and the baby.

Doing all that, let’s see here I did laundry all morning and played with the fussy teething baby. I was like what’s wrong with you and then I saw this giant tooth coming through the side and I went yeah, that’d bother me too.

Remember my husband drinks a lot of juice so I got it all done by 3 instead of like 8 o’clock at night. So I was just like wow and I was able to take the kids to the park and then we went to goodwill and the library and I did like all this stuff that I would never do in 1 day. I got a video edited. I was just like who am I. So I just feel like even though like my body hasn’t transformed totally and I’m not done, I’m nowhere near the end but things are getting better. Things are getting easier. Just being able to juice without my husband’s help and get that all done yesterday, that was huge.

Anyway, keeping it up, if you’re watching this and you’re like oh I’ve thought about maybe being healthier plunge in cold turkey, do it and you’ll feel the difference.
