Here’s day 2 of my juice fast and I’m not about to lie and say that this is easy. But I’m determined to be healthy. I woke up today a little bit before 6 thanks to my 1 year old and didn’t really want to wake up but couldn’t basically go back to sleep after I fed the baby.

This is like after 10 and I feel better than I normally would like just waking up still. So, that’s improving already. Um I’m not doing any scales so I can’t give a weight update there. I will point out things in my body that I’m looking forward to being gone so I can remind myself never to get back here again.

click here And I had some holes in my pants that I put on today and I went I’m not buying replacements in this size. My wonderful husband made me a fresh squeezed orange juice that was my special treat for breakfast. We did mainly carrot juice and spinach apple yesterday so I need to go get some different produce.
