Juice Fast Day 2

enter site Day 2 of the juice fast. Had a horrible headache all day yesterday took a nap. Definitely wasn’t feeling like whoooo on top of the world. I woke up today a little bit before 6 thanks to my 1 year old and didn’t really want to wake up but couldn’t basically go back to sleep after I fed the baby.

This is like after 10 and I feel better than I normally would like just waking up still. So, that’s improving already. Um I’m not doing any scales so I can’t give a weight update there. I will point out things in my body that I’m looking forward to being gone so I can remind myself never to get back here again.

My wonderful husband made me a fresh squeezed orange juice that was my special treat for breakfast. We did mainly carrot juice and spinach apple yesterday so I need to go get some different produce.
