Sometimes (or if you are like me a LOT of times) us moms just need some encouragement. I think a big part of it for me comes from the isolation of being a stay at home mom. I don’t have a boss telling me how awesome I am, and let’s face it as a mom I pretty much have to repeat the same tasks on a day to day basis.

Over and over again I see that learning to be grateful for my circumstances cuts out the pity party.
