Amazon actually has it cheaper now that it was. I paid closer to $500 when i got it and they have it for 3. In totally honesty it only lasted me 3 years, though 🙁 I’m very hard on machines and I loved it while it lasted. It was great to be able to embroider things and I’m considering buying another one. If you do choose to get it I recommend you not every sew cloth diapers or thick/hard fabric on it. I broke the automatic threader early on by sewing a thick denim, and the machine didn’t recover after the trauma of 10 layers of cotton for a diaper insert. All that said it’s a great machine if you don’t expect it to act like a commercial machine. I now have a cheap hundred dollar machine to do all the bad stuff too while I save up for a replacement!
