I looked online for a recipe but they were all calling for exotic things like “Heavy Cream” or “Alcohol”. So I decided forget it! I’m making my OWN recipe. Here’s my super easy Eggnog Recipe:

Even with the Vitamix there’s barely room for this much liquid. However I tend to cook for a large crowd and therefore like to push my appliances to the max!

Anything raw you want to make sure comes from a trusted source and you refrigerate right away and use your sniffer to make sure nothing is off. One of the great things about not cooking is that you get all the nutrients your food has to offer. Cooking gets rid of a lot of the vitamins and nutrients. Have fun with your Vitamix, it’s one of my favorite appliances!
