How to install peel and stick tile over linoleum
This project was the realization of a dream… I’ve always wanted a checkered kitchen floor and I’m so happy to finally have it. We aren’t experts but we couldn’t be more thrilled with how this project turned out. This was so economical because we were literally able to lay the new floor right on top of the old floor and reuse the quarter round!
I chose peel and stick because our kids are rough, and I know from our time living in apartments that you can just replace damaged tiles and the rest of the floor gets to stay put. This is a huge cost savings, so make sure to buy extra now for whatever happens down the road 🙂 I also chose a marble pattern over a flat black and white so that the pattern could hide the inevitable stains and scratches.
