Juice Fast Day 6

Here’s your juice fast encouragement for the day, my video for juice fast day 6, almost a week isn’t that crazy! I feel so much healthier already because of this juice cleanse.  It’s so hard to be healthy in modern America!  Everywhere you go you are bombarded with junk food.  I have to deal with my children who want the convenience foods that I know aren’t good for them.  But this homemaker has decided to take a stand and choose health.  So far, it’s TOTALLY worth it.  What are you going to do to be healthier today?

Juice Fast Day 6



Day 6, I’m going on a Juice Fast. Because I’m sick of looking like this and feeling sick all the time. I want to look like I did before kids. I need to be healthy and alive for these guys. Day , it’s really bright out here so forgive the sunglasses, nothing to do with my eyes I’m still squinting a little. I just wanted to be outside by my lettuce. It’s going to get juiced instead of saladed… saladed… it’s a verb right?

Anyway I just feel so much better today. I just I can’t go back, I want to keep going until things are healed. I’m surrounding myself with documentaries, trying to avoid negative influences. As in if you’re not totally supportive of me I’m not around you right now. My husband is wonderful he’s totally supporting me and I’ve got good family too. It’s just you know I had a nightmare last night that someone like convinced me to eat spaghetti and I was just like oh ok I can start over tomorrow and I woke up and I was just so relieved I was like I didn’t do that.

And I would start over but I don’t have to it’s like I’m still progressing up. Tried 3 new juice recipes yesterday, some of them were nyah, and I created my own. I’ll make a video for that later but it’s called Mexican salsa juice that’s what I named it because my husband said it was like eating Qdoba’s, anyway not Mexican salsa, Mexican CORN juice, because I’m trying to put all these random vegetables in there that aren’t in most juice recipes.

So, anyway look forward to that, it’s amazing. You wouldn’t want to eat it all the time we joked it was kind of like making our own corn syrup by the time you juiced corn through. So, I’ve been making dehydrated snacks from recipes I’ve created in the past. Even though I can’t test those right now I know I’ve already made those recipes so I don’t have to taste them. And we’re putting stuff in quart jars so that we have it when we do just go transition to raw.

But I don’t know I’m just feeling really positive and once again I’m not stepping on a scale but I just feel things shrinking and things feel looser yet tighter at the same time. It’s weird it feels looser because it’s not as packed, and it feels tighter because it’s not as saggy. Who knows I’m just trying to describe stuff.

Really cool revelation watching hungry for change, great documentary I was rewatching it I’ve watched it multiple times but it was talking about cilantro and I think parsley, was parsley the other 1? Ya, being great for heavy metal detoxing and I love cilantro and I’ve been shoving it in all my juices and I was like yeah! Awesome stuff so keep it up, if you haven’t started start, change your life it’s totally in your hands. You don’t have to be a victim anymore searching for answers.
